Sending Requests at a Later Time

Use the following procedure to send requests that you created previously, but chose not to send immediately.

Note: You must be granted the Client Collaboration - Request Dashboard - Client Requests - Add permission by the CCH Axcess administrator to create and send requests.

  1. If you are not already on a Requests page, click , and then select Requests.
  2. Open the Ready to Send status page by doing either of the following:
    • On the Requests dashboard, click either the status name or status wedge in the Request Status section.
    • From a different status page, select the status from the Request Status filter at the top of the page.
  3. Do one or both of the following as needed to narrow the list of requests to select from:
    • Click above the grid and select a filter set. You can also create a new filter set.
    • Enter all or part of the client name in the search box above the grid.
  4. Select the check box in the header row to select all the requests, or select the check boxes for individual requests you want to send.
  5. Click Send.

Note: Requests temporarily display on the Batch Activity page until the send process has completed successfully. They then are moved to the Client Progress tab. If a request does not send successfully, it will remain on the Batch Activity page. See Resending a Batch Request for information about resending in these cases.
