Resending a Batch Request

If a request does not send successfully, it remains on the Batch Activity page and will show a status of Failed.

Note: You must have the Client Collaboration - Request Dashboard - Client Requests - Edit permissions to resend a request.

To resend a request using the original settings for the request, do the following:

  1. If you are not already on a Requests page, click , and then select Requests.
  2. Click View batch requests in the Sending Details tile.
  3. Do one or both of the following as needed to narrow the list of requests to select from:
    • Click above the grid and select a filter set. You can also create a new filter set.
    • Enter all or part of the client name in the search box above the grid.
  4. Click for the request, and then select Retry.

For instances where an error prevents an individual request from sending, you might need to edit the request settings and try resending that request only. For more information, see Resolving Errors for Specific Requests.
