If your firm uses a third-party payment processor and you have been assigned the Administration - Edit functional right for Client Collaboration, you can enter the URL for your firm's payment gateway as part of your firm setup.
Once you have set up the payment gateway, any invoices that your firm uploads via the Invoice Center will display a Pay link next to them in the client hub. Clients can click these links to open the payment gateway and submit electronic payments.
To connect to your payment gateway, do the following:
- Click and select Administration.
- Click Firm Information.
- Click Payments.
- Enter the URL for your payment gateway.
- Click to save the URL.
