Tracking Client Registrations

If you have been assigned any of the Client Collaboration - Request Dashboard - Client Requests permissions, you can quickly verify whether a client has successfully registered their user account on the Client Collaboration site by looking at the Login Progress column. This column is visible on the Client Progress and Overdue status views. A check mark displayed here indicates that the client has logged in to Client Collaboration at least once. For a married client, a half-completed circle indicates that one spouse has registered, but the other one has not.

If you notice that this column remains empty for a client, you can follow up with the client to see if you need to resend the email invitation or if they need assistance getting registered.

Note: The Login Progress column reflects the status of the current request. If your client completed a request last year and you created a different request for the current year, the status is reset for the current year.
