Changing Due Dates for Requests

You can change the due dates for requests that have not been sent or that are in Client Progress status. This update can be made either individually or in batches. Due dates for the engagement letter and organizer can be set independent of each other.

Notes

To edit due dates, do the following:

  1. If you are not already on a Requests page, click , and then select Requests.
  2. Do one of the following on the Requests dashboard, depending on the location of the request: 
    • To open the Ready to Send or Client Progress view, click the status name or status wedge in the Request Status section.
    • To open the Overdue status page, click View overdue requests on the Overdue tile.
  3. Do one or both of the following as needed to narrow the list of requests to select from:
    • Click above the grid and select a filter set. You can also create a new filter set.
    • Enter all or part of the client name in the search box above the grid.
  4. Do either of the following:
    • To edit due dates for specific requests, select the check boxes for those requests.
    • To edit due dates for all requests that are visible in the list, select the check box in the header row above the list.

    Note: If you have more requests than are visible on the page, you can use the Results per page option below the list to make more results visible. Your selections on one page remain selected when you navigate to another page in the same status view. If you navigate to another status view, your selections are cleared.

  5. Click Edit Request Settings above the grid.
  6. In the Edit Request Settings pane, select the check box for each due date you want to change, and then edit the due dates as needed.
  7. Click Apply Updates.
