Closing a Request

When the tasks for an open request have been completed, you can close the request. Closing a request does not delete it. Instead, it is moved to the Return Ready to Start status tab. You can close a request from the Client Progress or Overdue status views.

Notes:

To close a request:

  1. If you are not already on a Requests page, click , and then select Requests.
  2. Do one of the following on the Requests dashboard: 
    • To open the Client Progress status page, click the status name or status wedge in the Request Status section.
    • To open the Overdue status page, click View overdue requests on the Overdue tile.
  3. Do one or both of the following as needed to narrow the list of requests to select from:
    • Click above the grid and select a filter set. You can also create a new filter set.
    • Enter all or part of the client name in the search box above the grid.
  4. Click for the request, and then select Close Request.
