Managing the Logo on the Client Collaboration Hub

If you have been granted administration privileges in Client Collaboration, you can add your firm's logo to the client-facing Client Collaboration hub. Adding your logo can help reassure your clients that they are on the correct website, as well as reinforce your firm's brand.

Note: Images must be 32 KB or smaller and in GIF, JPG, or PNG format.

ClosedAdd your logo to the client-facing hub.

  1. Click and select Administration.
  2. Click Firm Information.
  3. Click Branding.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Drag your image file to the upload box.
    • Click Browse to navigate to and select an image, then click Open
  5. Toggle the Client Collaboration switch to Yes to immediately publish the logo to your hub.

ClosedUpdate the logo on the client-facing hub.

  1. Click and select Administration.
  2. Click Firm Information.
  3. Click Branding.
  4. Click in the top right corner of the image box. 
  5. Navigate to and select the replacement image.
  6. Click Open.

ClosedHide the logo on your site.

  1. Click and select Administration.
  2. Click Firm Information.
  3. Click Branding.
  4. Click the Client Collaboration switch to toggle it to No.

ClosedRemove the logo from your site.

  1. Click and select Administration.
  2. Click Firm Information.
  3. Click Branding.
  4. Click the X in the top right corner of the image box..
