Refining Batch Link Filters

To reduce the number of matching projects, you can refine the filters used to locate projects. Click Refine project filters on the summary window to update the filters applied.

Note: Any previously applied filters are unavailable.

To find the projects to link the available returns to, do the following:

1. Select the Type for the projects. This is the only required filter. For more information on types, see Managing Project Types.
2. Select any of the additional filters, if necessary.
   • Template. Select the template applied to the projects. For more information, see About Project Templates.
   • Project ID. Select a project ID to link to. Project IDs are not unique.
   • Completed/Open Projects. Select whether to display all, completed, or open projects. If you select to display open projects, which the status for those projects.
3. Click Find Projects to find projects to link the available returns to and go to the Summary window.
