You can create an invoice by client, by client billing group, or, if your firm licenses CCH AxcessWorkstream, by project. You must have billing permissions for a client or client billing group to create an invoice for that client or client billing group.
Select one or more WIP items, and then click Bill to open the Bill Amounts screen. See Adjusting Bill Amounts for more information.
Click Apply to save your changes and return to the WIP grid.
Click Edit Invoice to edit the invoice. You can determine the layout and define the content displayed in the invoice. See Editing Invoices for more information.
Click Preview to view the invoice. If you need to make changes, click Edit Invoice or Billing Decisions to update the invoice content.
