Adding, Modifying, or Removing Pages in Your Dashboard

For new users, the default Dashboard includes a Home page configured with the Return and Project Notes pane, the Notifications pane, and two blank panes. If needed, you can modify the default Home page layout, remove the Home page, and add any number of pages to your Dashboard Home window.

Adding Pages

New pages are placed in the page title bar to the right of any existing pages but can be rearranged according to your needs.

To add a page to your layout, do the following:

  1. Right-click the tab of an existing page.
  2. Select Add Page.
  3. Enter a unique name for the page.
  4. Select one of the page layout templates.
  5. Click OK.

Once you have added a new page, you will want to then add content. See Adding, Moving, or Removing Panes in Your Dashboard for more information.

Note: You cannot add a page by clicking Customize on the Dashboard navigation panel.

Moving and Renaming Pages

After adding a page, the page is created and displayed in standard size with blank panes. You can rename the page, move it left or right in the tab sequence, or remove the page.

To move or rename a page, do the following:

  1. Right-click the tab of an existing page.
  2. Select one of the following options from the menu. ClosedExplain the menu options.

Removing Pages

If you have added a page in error, or find that you no longer need a page, you can remove that page by right-clicking the tab and selecting Remove Page. You cannot remove the last remaining page.
