Managing Notifications

Notification messages can be sent to the Notifications pane in Dashboard or the system email address entered in your staff profile. Open the Dashboard > Notifications tab in User Options to set your preference.

The conditions, messages, and priority of notifications can be configured in different CCH Axcess locations. The following products include options to add, edit, copy, and delete notifications:

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Notifications under Firm.
Document Various
  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  4. Click Document > Email Notifications on the navigation panel.
Portal

Various

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  4. Click Portal > Email Notifications on the navigation panel.
Practice Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Time Capture
  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  4. Click Practice on the navigation panel.
  5. Expand Notification Setup.
Workstream Project and Workstep
  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Application Links on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Projects under Workstream.
  4. Open a project.
  5. Click Notifications on the navigation panel.
