Resolving Errors for Specific Requests
If an error prevents an individual request from sending successfully, the request is included in the count that displays on the Errors tile on the Requests dashboard. You can click the View errors link in this tile to open the Error status view, where a brief explanation of the error displays.
Depending on the nature of the error, you might need to edit the request settings to resolve the error. Once the error is fixed, you can click next to the request, and then select Retry sending to resend the request.
