Editing Settings for Unsent Requests

You can edit the settings for unsent requests individually or in batches. When batch editing, you can only change the template selected for the request and the due dates. If you need to change additional options for requests, you should edit them individually.

You can edit request settings on the Ready to Send or Error status pages.

Notes

  1. If you are not already on a Requests page, click , and then select Requests.
  2. ClosedOpen the status page where the request is located.
      •  To open the Ready to Send status page, do one of the following:
        • On the Requests dashboard, click either the status name or status wedge in the Request Status section.
        • From a different status page, select the status from the Request Status filter at the top of the page.
      • To open the Error status page, click View errors on the Errors tile.
  3. Do one or both of the following as needed to narrow the list of requests to select from:
    • Click above the grid and select a filter set. You can also create a new filter set.
    • Enter all or part of the client name in the search box above the grid.
  4. Do one of the following as needed:
    • ClosedEdit an individual request.
      1. Click for the request, and then select Edit request settings from the menu.
      2. Modify the request settings as needed. See Create a Single Request section in the Request Creation Overview topic for details about the settings.
      3. Click Save.
    • ClosedEdit requests in a batch.
      1. Select the check boxes for the requests you want to edit. Select the check box in the header row to select all the requests that are visible on the page.

        Note: If you have more requests than are visible on the page, you can use the Results per page feature below the list to make more results visible. You can also use the paging feature to move to other pages. Your selections on one page remain selected when you navigate to another page in the same view. If you navigate to another status view, your selections are cleared.

      2. Click Edit Request Settings above the grid.
      3. Select the check box for each item you want to edit, and then select the new option.
      4. Click Apply Updates.
