Setting Up Staff for Practice
You can track and manage the following options for individual staff members:
- Business Hours. Set assigned business hours for a staff member.
- Time Capture. Select the person who is responsible for viewing time and expense transactions. You can also set billing rates and yearly allowances for items such as vacation, sick time, and other items.
- Bill Rates. Add and manage bill rates for individual staff members. You can also view a staff member's bill rate history.
- CPA/CPE Information. View and modify the CPA certification information and jurisdictions for each staff. You can also view CPE hours required for renewal, renewal dates, and renewal periods.
- Planned Staff Time Off. Enter planned staff time off (PTO and CPE hours) for a staff member.
- Staff Banked Hours. View detailed banked hours records for individual staff members.
- Security Group Functional Rights. Select which functions members of a security group can perform. For example, you can assign the highest invoice status order number each billing staff person can use when assigning an invoice status to an invoice.
