Confirming Planned Workstep Dates

The Workstep Planned Start and Finish Dates window allows you to confirm and edit the planned workstep dates that are inherited from the template.

The dates that display on this window are calculated based on date calculation conditions set in the template. All dates can be overridden.

Conditions Used	Result
Full calculation method Dates are calculated from template rules	Dates are calculated for the fiscal year end (FYE) for the workstep based on the rule calculation.
Direct entry method No dates entered for the template	Dates are blank. It is recommended that you enter the dates, but this is not required.
Full calculation method Basis not selected from the template	Dates are blank. It is recommended that you enter the dates, but this is not required.
Dates are dependent on other data (for example, the actual start date) Other data is not yet available	Dates are blank.
