Confirming Changes or Additions to Multiple Records

When you update multiple projects at one time, you must confirm your changes in the Update to Multiple - Confirmation window. This window displays for each change, giving you the option to apply or remove changes.

To confirm changes in the Update to Multiple - Confirmation window, do the following: 

1. Review the information in the grid.

Component	Description
Area	Lists the area that you are changing.
Name	Lists the section that you are changing.
Set to	Lists changes that are ready to be applied. To keep a change from occurring, clear the check box in the far right column.
Method	Indicates what type of change you are making.
Ineligible Updates	Click to display a list of any updates that you cannot make. For more information, see Reviewing Ineligible Updates.

2. Click Apply.
