Managing Complexities for a Project Type

You can manage the levels of complexity for all project types, such as easy, difficult, complex, extremely difficult, or requirement management.

To manage type complexities, do the following:

  1. Do one of the following to open the Types list:

    • In Dashboard. Click Application Links, and then click Configuration > Project types under Workstream.
    • In Workstream. On the Manage ribbon, click Types.
  2. Select a type in the grid and click in the button bar, or right-click and select Open from the menu to display the Project Type profile.
  3. Click Complexities on the navigation panel.
  4. Select a cell in the grid, then do one of the following:
    • Assign complexities. Click Firm Complexity Levels on the button bar, or right-click and select Firm Complexity Levels from the menu, to open a list of levels previously created in Firm. See Adding Firm Complexity Level for more information.
    • Delete a cell on the grid. Click Remove on the button bar, or right-click and select Remove from the menu, to display a window where you can delete the selected cell.
    • Reorganize or print the grid. Right-click the grid to display a list of options for managing the grid.
  5. ClosedExplain the components of the window and the right-click menu.
  6. Click one of the ClosedSave buttons or Cancel.
