Managing a Type

You can delete a project type if there are no active references Reference to a record that has not previously been deleted or closed. For example, staff is assigned as the client responsible staff for one or more clients. to the type and you have the appropriate permissions. If there are active references to a type, you will receive a message that the type cannot be deleted.

To delete a project type, do the following:

1. Do one of the following to open the Types list:

   • In Dashboard. Click Application Links, and then click Configuration > Project types under Workstream.
   • In Workstream. On the Manage ribbon, click Types.
2. Select a type in the grid and then click in the button bar. You can also right-click the type and select Delete from the menu.
3. Click Delete again to confirm the deletion.
