Using the Milestone Dates Window

You can use the Milestone Dates window to add milestone dates to a template. The milestones you can select here must first be set up in Lists and assigned to the template's project type.

• The available grid, on the top, shows the milestone dates that are assigned to the project type, but not yet assigned to the template. Select a milestone date and clickto assign it to the template. You can also clickto assign all the milestone dates to the template.
• The selected grid, on the bottom, shows the milestone dates that are ready to be assigned to the template. When you click OK, any milestone dates listed here will be added to the template. To remove a milestone date from this list, select the milestone date and click. You can also clickto remove all the milestone dates from this grid.

  Note: Milestone dates that have previously been saved in the template cannot be removed from the template using this window. Use the template's Key Tracking Dates tab to remove previously saved milestone dates.

Click OK to assign the selected milestone dates to the template.
