Setting Firm Print Options

Your firm can select the default watermark text and transparency to print in the background of documents, such as reports, correspondence, and printed Tax objects. The watermark will appear diagonally, from the lower-left to the upper-right corner of a page.

To set firm print options, do the following:

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  2. Click Print on the navigation panel.
  3. Select a watermark from the list or enter your own custom text. You can also edit existing custom watermarks.
  4. Select a transparency value from 0 to 255.
  5. Click OK.
