Enabling and Disabling the SmartPhone Authenticator Feature

Enable SmartPhone Authenticator
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Firm settings and defaults under Firm.
- Click Login Setup on the navigation panel.
- Verify that the CCH Axcess login mode is selected in the Login mode/Authentication mode section. SmartPhone Authenticator is not available for other login modes.
- In the 2-Step Verification configuration section, select the SmartPhone Authenticator check box.
- Review the message which displays, and then click Yes.
- Click OK.
Disable SmartPhone Authenticator
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Firm settings and defaults under Firm.
- Click Login Setup on the navigation panel.
- In the 2-Step Verification configuration section, clear the SmartPhone Authenticator check box.
- Review the message which displays, and then click Yes.
- Click OK.
