Copying a Group
Use the Save Group As option to save a copy of information from a selected group, creating a new group. You will also have the option to save the new group as a or a private or shared group.
To copy a group as a shared or private group, do the following:
- Select a group on the navigation panel and do one of the following:
- Click in the Create group on the Groups tab.
- Right-click and select Save Group As from the menu.
- Enter a name for the new group. Names must be unique in each folder.
- Enter general information about the group. Explain the window components.
- Click OK to save your changes.
The new group is saved in the same folder as the original group; however, you can drag the new group to another folder location within the active navigation panel area.
