Project File Holder History

The Project File Holder History report provides a history of project file holders that can be reviewed by management.

Permissions Required for this Report

In the staff profile, staff must be assigned to a security group that is granted View functional rights for the following:

  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Shared Library > Shared Views
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Custom
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Standard > Firm
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > <report name>
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Administration Manager > Client Manager > Client profile

Reports in Foundation that are Comparable

In Practice Management and Practice Advantage, there is no comparable report. This is a new standard report.

Project ID

The project ID.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Client

The client name and ID in Client Name (Client ID. Sub ID) format.

Fileholder

The staff assigned as the project’s file holder in Last Name, First Name (staff ID) format.

Date

The date the transaction was made or the date the record was updated. Date is also known as Entry Date.
