Marking a Template as Active or Inactive
Templates that you mark as inactive cannot be selected for use in a client profile. However, if a template is already selected as the default for a client, you can continue to use it for that client even after the template is marked inactive.
To mark a template as inactive, do the following:

Open the Invoice and Statement Content Manager.
- In the Templates section of the navigation panel, right-click a template and click Edit.
- Select the Template is active check box to make the template active, or clear the check box to mark the template as inactive.
