Reviewing AR Statements
Review the AR statements and their statuses.
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then select Print statements under Accounts Receivable.
- Enter options on the following tabs:
- Click Generate Statements to generate statements for the criteria you selected and save your entries.
- Review the statements by doing the following:
- Select a statement in the grid and click Preview.
- After reviewing the statement, click Close.
- If you want the statement you just reviewed to be skipped when statements are sent, click Skip Output above the grid.
- Repeat steps a through d as needed until you have reviewed all the statements.
- Click Send.
- Select the destination options.
Printer | Select the printer where the statements will be sent. If you have not configured a printer on your computer, this option will be unavailable and you can only email statements. |
Number of copies | Select how many copies of the statement to print. This option is unavailable for email. |
Destination Options | Select one or more of the following: |
- If the AR statement is being emailed, complete the email information and click Send. See Batch Email Statements for more information.

Tell me about the columns in the grid.
Status Column |
Review the statement status as follows:
- Ready. Statement will be created.
- Sent. No errors found during print or email.
- Error. Error found when generating or sending the statement to the printer or email. Review the message column for details.
- Canceled. A statement was generating, but was not processed because you clicked Stop while the batch was processing.
- Skipped. No statement will be created due to client options and/or data found for template.

Client Column |
Displays the client's name for the statement. If you selected to generate one statement for a billing group, this is the principal client's name. |
Email Setup Column |
Indicates whether or not the client who will receive the statement has an email address for statements configured in their client profile. |
Message Column |
Displays an explanation for the error message in the Status column or the reason the statement was skipped. |
Statement Options |
Select a statement in the grid and click Statement Options view the options used to generate batch of statements. These are the options defined on the Accounts Receivable Statements window. |
