Adding a Profile Picture

You can customize the look of your portal by adding a picture for your user account. The picture will display to the left of your user name in the top right corner of your portal. The image you upload should be:

  • Either a JPG or PNG file
  • No larger than 588 x 144 pixels
  • No smaller than 279 x 72 pixels

Note: Only you will be able to see your picture. Other users will not see your picture when they access the portal with their user accounts.

  1. After logging in to your portal, click the arrow  to the right of your user name in the upper-right corner, and then select Upload Picture.
  2. In the File Path box, enter the path to your image file or click browse  to navigate to and search for the image file.
  3. Click Open after selecting the file for upload.
  4. Click Preview to view the image in the box on the left side of the Upload Picture window. This allows you to see how the file will be cropped when it is displayed in the portal.

    5. Note: Your image will be larger on your portal than it appears in the preview box. If you do not like the way your image displays, click Remove.

  5. Click Upload to display the selected image file on your portal home page.
