Resetting your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset your password from the login page.

1. Click the Forgot password link on the login page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the characters displayed in the image in the Secure code box.
4. Click or tap Next.
5. Select how you would like to receive the verification code. You can receive the code via email, or by text or phone call if your user profile contains a phone number.
6. Click or tap Send the Code.

Note: You should receive the code within a few seconds. If you do not receive the code, click Resend.

7. Enter your verification code on the Identity Verification screen.
8. If you are on a public computer or device, clear the Trust this device for 90 days box.
9. Click or tap Submit.
10. Enter your password, then enter it again in the Confirm Password box. Your password must be between 8 and 32 characters and contain at least one each of the following:
    • A number
    • A special character
    • An uppercase letter
11. Click or tap Save.
