Managing Files in the Routing Queue

The routing queue displays a list of files that:

  • Are currently being uploaded to Document
  • Were successfully uploaded to Document in the past hour
  • Encountered an error during the upload process

If needed, you can sort the list of jobs in the routing queue by clicking the column headers.

Note: If a PDF without a routing sheet is placed in a folder monitored by Document, the system displays a message asking if you want to add the file to Document. If you choose to add the file, the system opens the Add Files window so you can select the location and metadata for the file.
