Managing Search Types

Search types allow you to group similar scans, making it easier to find the specific scan you need. You can add, edit, or delete search types using terms that are meaningful in your firm. You can also use system-defined search types.

Notes: You can edit or delete only user-defined search types. You cannot edit system-defined search types.

  1. Select Search Type in the Scan Options group on the Home ribbon tab.
  2. Make any desired changes to the search types. ClosedExplain the search type options that are available.
  3. Click Close.
