In the Select how to match staff records window, you can specify how you want to migrate staff profile information from the existing foundation suite to
Merging matching staff
Determine whether or not empty fields of a staff profile in
Select Staff to Migrate
Select whether to migrate all staff, or only certain staff. This is useful if you need to exclude staff who no longer work for your firm, but have not been removed from your system, or other temporary staff members.
If a staff is set as a signer
In the existing foundation suite, signers are referred to as tax preparers. This is a terminology change for the new suite. in the existing foundation suite, that staff must migrate.
Click Continue to go on to the next window or Cancel to return to the beginning of the migration process.
