Managing Document Task Assignments
You can manage task assignments created in Document using a Dashboard pane. The pane includes all your assigned tasks and the tasks you have assigned to other staff. Important information displays for each task in the pane, including file name, entity name, task title, and task status. When a task is deleted or the task status is changed to Unassigned, the task is removed from the pane.
You can do any of the following to manage tasks in Dashboard:
- Use the grid controls to filter, group, sort, and print the grid contents. You can also add, remove, and move columns.
- Click Reset Grid to reset sorted, grouped, and filtered data, returning the grid to its original state.
- Click Refresh Grid to update the grid contents to reflect new or deleted task assignments.
- Click Expand All or Collapse All to expand or collapse grouped content. These options are enabled when grid content is grouped.
- Right-click the grid to select from the following options:
