Using the Client Dashboard Responsible Staff Pane

The Responsible Staff pane allows you to quickly locate and contact staff working with a client. The pane displays the names, phone numbers, and email addresses for the staff responsible to work with a client.

To view a client's responsible staff information, do the following:

  1. Click Client Dashboard on the Dashboard navigation panel.
  2. ClosedSelect a client.
    1. Begin entering the client ID or sort name. As you type, a list of matching clients displays.
    2. Select the client to open and press Enter. You can also scroll or use the keyboard arrow keys to find a client in the list.
    3. Click OK.
  3. Note: You can also select a client in the Client Manager grid and click Client Dashboard on the Client Manager Home tab.

  4. Add the Responsible Staff pane to the Client Dashboard, if it is not already displayed. See Adding, Moving, or Removing Panes in Client Dashboard for more information on adding panes.
  5. Review the client's responsible staff information in the pane.
  6. Do any of the following:
    • Click the staff name link to open the staff profile.
    • Click the email link to send a message to the staff's system email address.
    • Click  to view all phone numbers entered for the staff. The phone number that displays in the Responsible Staff pane is the first or primary phone number entered in the staff profile.
    • Click  to view all mailing addresses entered for the staff. The address that displays in the Responsible Staff pane is the first or primary address entered in the staff profile.
    • Click to view all email addresses entered for the staff. The email address that displays in the Responsible Staff pane is the system email address entered in the staff profile.
    • Click to update the responsible staff information if there have been any changes since the window was opened.
