Using the Formatting Toolbar
The formatting toolbar in the paragraph editor allows you to edit specific text or entire paragraphs. You can edit text on either the Paragraph or Letters tab in the Library. On the Paragraph tab, clicking or on the formatting toolbar expands the toolbar to show additional formatting buttons. If you edit paragraphs from the Letters tab, fewer formatting options are available.

Click to insert an ordered list. By default, this list is a numbered list. If you click , an additional ordered list button displays on the second row of the formatting toolbar. Click the arrow next to this second ordered list button if you want to choose the specific type of order (roman numbers, alphabet, etc.) to use. |

Click to insert a hyperlink. You can enter the hyperlink URL in the first text box and the hyperlink text in the second box. If you want the hyperlink to open in a new browser tab when it is clicked, select the Open in new tab check box. Click Insert when you are done. | |
Click to insert an image. You can upload an image by dragging it to the image box or by clicking the box and selecting the file to upload. Alternatively, you can point to an image by URL. Click the tab in the Image box, and enter the URL that points to the image. Click Insert when you're done. | |
Click to insert a table. Select the number of columns and rows to insert. | |
Click to undo or redo your most recent changes. | |
Click to expand the toolbar to also show options to print the paragraph, select all text, or access a list of keyboard shortcuts. | |
