Setting Your Document and Engagement Interface User Options
You can set your Tax user options so that tax returns are printed as PDFs to
To set your Document or Engagement options, do the following:
- Open the User Options window by doing one of the following:
- Select User Options on the Dashboard navigation panel.
- Click the Application button and select User Options.
- Select Tax > Interface Options > Document Engagement on the navigation panel.
- Select the check box for each product that you want to send tax returns to in the Select to send tax return files to other products section. Only products that you license can be selected.
- Select whether to be prompted before sending return files in the Send files options section.
- Always send. Sends return files automatically to the selected products.
- Prompt me. Allows you to specify on a case-by-case basis when to send return files to the selected products.
- Click OK to save your changes.
