Web links, located on the ribbon Help tab in Return Manager or inside returns, give you access to information on the CCH
To access the web links, click Web on the Help tab and select from the following options:
- Account Services. Information and services most frequently requested from our Account Services team, such as supply purchasing, account inventory, firm administration, seminar registration, and billing statement review.
- Tax.CCHGroup.com. Solutions for tax and accounting, industry news, training, account information, and access to Customer Support and social media sites.
- Product Info. Links to detailed information about each CCH
- Knowledge Base. Resource with answers to your tax-related questions. Browse articles by topic to find solutions compiled by our tax and support teams. An advanced search is also available to help you search for keywords or phrases in topics.
- Tips & FAQs. Answers to questions our support teams receive provide tips for getting the most out of Tax. You can also view the system requirements.
- Electronic Filing Info. Information about Tax e-filing features and tools, as well as IRS e-Services. You can also link to the Tax .
- CCH Software News. Archived CCH Software News articles for all versions of Tax. You can search for articles by a CCH
- Talk to Us. Location where you can submit a support ticket with your comments, requests, and questions in any of the following categories: product or technical support, billing and accounts, orders and returns, and product services. You can also check the status of your existing tickets.
- Home Page. Main page of the Customer Support where you can link to Support, Account Services, and administration for the products you use. Links to tutorials with instructions on using the various support sites are also available.
- Release Notes. Links to Tax release notes for the current and past releases. If you have not stored your credentials for automatic log in to the Support page, or you are not currently logged in, you are prompted to enter your email address and password.
