Creating Your Merchant Account

Before you can set up the ePay feature in CCH Axcess, you must create a merchant account with a payment services provider (PSP). CCH Axcess integrates with the following PSPs:

• CPACharge, an AffiniPay solution. Sign up for a CPACharge account at https://www.CPACharge.com.
• Braintree, a PayPal service. Sign up for a Braintree account at https://www.braintreepayments.com.
• BitPay, a Bitcoin payment processor. Sign up for a BitPay business account at https://bitpay.com.

When you set up your merchant account, take note of the following information if it is provided:

• Merchant ID
• Public API key
• Private API key

Not all PSPs require you to enter this information.

After setting up your merchant account, follow the instructions in Configuring ePay Options in CCH Axcess to connect the account with CCH Axcess and select ePay settings.
