Click New > Staff Access Group on the Home tab of the ribbon, or right-click the grid and select New > Staff Access Group from the menu to create a staff access group.
Select an item in the grid and click Open in the Edit group on the Home tab, or right-click an item in the grid and select an option from the Open menu.
Give the group a unique name and an optional description. The name must be unique to all staff access groups for your firm. The description can identify the purpose of the staff access group or which staff are included.
Select the products or product modules where the staff should be secured in the Applicable product modules section. Access to staff in the selected products or product modules will be restricted to the staff listed on the Staff With Access window.
