Managing User Notifications Options

You can configure notifications be sent for various activities in CCH Axcess, such as changes to client and staff profiles, Workstream projects and worksteps, Practice accounts receivable and Time Capture settings, and Document files. Notification messages can be sent to the Notifications pane on a Dashboard Home page, your email address, or both.

To set your preference for receiving notifications, do the following:

  1. Select User Options on the Application menu or on the Dashboard navigation panel.
  2. Click Dashboard > Notifications on the navigation panel.
  3. Select whether to receive notifications in the Dashboard Notifications pane, in your email account, or both. If you select Email or Both, notifications will be sent to the system email address listed in your staff profile.
  4. Click OK.
