Fiddler Capture is a troubleshooting tool that collects information about CCH Axcess processes. If you contact Support for assistance, the representative might ask you to run this tool and then submit the log generated by it for analysis.
Before you can use Fiddler Capture, you must enable the tool in your user options using the procedure below. After enabling the tool, you can use the Start Fiddler Capture button in the status bar to begin collecting data.
To enable Fiddler Capture, do the following:
- Do one of the following to open User Options:
- Select User Options on the Dashboard navigation panel.
- Click the Application button
and select User Options.
- Click Common > General on the navigation panel.
- Select the Enable Start Fiddler Capture check box.
- Click OK.
