Use the billing user options to specify what information to include in the invoice emails you send out. You cannot change the invoice email at the time it is sent.
To set your billing user options, do the following:
Enter the subject of the email. To include a keyword in the subject, select it from the list to the right of the subject field.
Body
Enter text in the Body of the email. You can select to insert one or more pre-defined paragraphs or keywords from the drop-down lists.
Insert ePay Link
If you license the ePay feature, you can click this button to insert a direct link from the invoice email to the ePay interface where your clients can make their payments.
Spell Check
Click this option to verify all words have been spelled correctly.
