Viewing Portal Storage Details

To view storage details for all of the client portals you have created, do the following:

1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
2. Select Portal > Storage Details on the navigation panel.
3. Review the information in the window as needed.
4. Click OK.

Tell me about the information that displays in the grid.

Column	Description
Portal Area Name	Displays the client's name.
License Type	Indicates the license type for the portal
Storage Area	Indicates if the storage area is a collaboration area (a space used by both the firm and the client).
Space Used	Indicates the total amount of space currently in use in the portal area.
Number of Files	Indicates how many files are currently in the portal area.
