To view information about the number of portals you have licensed and the number that are in use, do the following:
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
- Select Portal > Licensing Details on the navigation panel.
- Review the information in the window as needed.
- Click OK.
- Premier portals are those that both you and your clients contribute to. This shared space is referred to as the Collaboration Area.
