If needed, you can sort the list of jobs in the routing queue by clicking the column headers.
To access and manage files in the routing queue, do the following:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\WK\CCH ProSystem fx Suite\Smart Client\SaaS and double-click CCH.Pfx.Document.LocalRoutingService.exe to display the Routing Queue () icon in the notification area of your taskbar.
If a newly scanned file is a duplicate of a file that is in the queue, you can choose how the duplication should be handled. You can do any of the following:
Overwrite the original file. Select the original file, and then click Overwrite. The newly scanned file replaces the original file.
Add the new file to the end of the existing file. Right-click the original file in the grid, and then select Append the New to the Existing.
Add the existing file to the end of the new file. Right-click the original file in the grid, and then select Append the Existing to the New.
