Copying or Moving a File from Document to CCH ProSystem fx Engagement

If you have Engagement installed, you can copy or move files stored in Document to Engagement. You must be logged into Engagement to move or copy a file to the program. If you are not already logged in when you copy or move a file, the system prompts you to log in.

To copy or move a file to Engagement, do the following:

1. Right-click a file on any of the tabs in Document Central, and then select Send to.
2. In the expanded list, select one of the following:
   • Select Engagement > Copy to copy the file to Engagement. The original file remains in Document.
   • Select Engagement > Move to add the file to Engagement and simultaneously remove it from Document.
3. Follow the wizard instructions to complete the process of copying or moving the file.
