Requesting Clarification on a File Submitted by a Client
If a client submits a file to you via Portal or Share Safe, you can request additional information from the client before adding the file to Document.
To request clarification on a file, do the following:
- On the Incoming files tab, right-click the file that you want to request clarification on.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the To box if it does not already display there.
- Enter the subject of the email in the Subject box.
- Enter the body of the message in the Body box.
- Click Send.
