Federal and state first and second extensions that have been prepared in the current-year and the previous-year returns can be printed in a batch job. Print extension batch jobs can be submitted immediately and processed as soon as resources, such as printers, are available. Another option is to schedule jobs to run overnight or at a predetermined time when resources are readily available.
