North Carolina Limited Liability Company Annual Report - Other Entities Information

For each entity that you are filing in addition to a report for the taxpayer make entries to complete the report(s).

State of organization: Enter state of organization, other than NC. If blank, then 'NC' will print on the report.

Nature of business: Enter the nature of business for the other entity. If blank, then federal input will carry to the report.

Filing year if not current filing year: Make an entry if the filing year for the other entity is not the current filing year for a calendar year taxpayer. Use the format for year "YYYY."

"X" if information in sections A through C have not changed: Checking this field will suppress the printing of items until the "Certification of Annual Report" section.

Registered agent / Principal office: Complete the mailing address, if different than street address.

Company Officials/Organizers: Enter all information in this section that is required to complete the related section of the LLC Annual Report. When more than three are entered, the LLC report will print the extra information on Section E: Additional Company Officials/Organizers.

Certification of Annual Report: Enter the name and title of the appropriate signing company official/organizer.
