ACE Basis (if Different)

This is a mandatory entry for a correct ACE depreciation computation on MACRS and ACRS assets placed in service before the start of the 1990 tax year. If this field is left blank, a diagnostic message is issued and the "Cost/Other Basis" entry in this section is used as the ACE basis.

This field is not valid for Form 1120S returns.
