Notes:

  1. Form 05-163 is produced when total revenue is $1,230,000 or less. To override, please see note 2 and note 3.
  2. Form 05-163 (Annual/Initial) is produced when Texas > General > Report type = 4
  3. Form 05-163 (Final) is produced when Texas > General > Report type = 5
  4. Threshold for this form is between $1,230,000 and below

Guideline. Form 05-163 is the default report when the total revenue is $1,230,000 or less. Form 05-163(F) is produced when the total revenue is $1,230,000 or less and it is a final report, indicated either in the federal General category, Basic Data section or in the federal Common State category > State/City Common Data worksheet > General Information section > Final return - override. An entry in the Texas General worksheet > Basic Data section > Report type override will force one of these forms to be produced.
