RITA 20 Declaration of Estimated Tax on Net Profits

Note: The preferred method of filing estimates for a RITA return is to complete the estimated tax section at the bottom of the RITA Net Profits Tax Return, Form 27. However, you may still file on Form 20 by checking the Tax Agency, Payments and Declaration of Estimated Tax and Application of Overpayment, Produce estimates on Form 20 (RITA only) field. If this field is checked, Form 20 will be completed and the estimate section of Form 27 will be left blank. This field will not produce a mandatory Form 20. If the RITA estimated tax is 0, or if this is a final return, or if you have asked to suppress estimates in the Payments/Penalties, City Estimates and Application of Overpayment, Estimate code field, Form 20 will not be produced.
